SHIPPING PROCEDURE
SHIPPING All orders shipped via mail, Courier, TNT, GLS or UPS.
In-stock items usually ship within 2 business days. Please note that
some items may take up to 5 business days to ship. Very rarely, due to
the high rate of inventory turnover and changes to the product lines of
various manufacturers, some items may become backordered or
unavailable. We will notify you ASAP if such situation should occur
with your order. Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 2-5
business days. Please note if you provide us with shipping address that
is different from billing address we may ask you for an additional
proof of identity.
PAYMENT options
Credit Card or bank transfer UPSdelivery: goods are insured against
damage during transport, and even if they get lost by UPS. If the
package is damaged on delivery, make the deliverer take notes off it or
return it unopened to us. A new and undamaged item will be sent tot you
in return.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES
Our standard delivery area is within the EU. Most items can be
shipped internationally (additional shipping charges will be incurred).

PRODUCT INSPECTION
Please remember that when the order arrives it is your
responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged in
transit by the freight company. Inspect the box for external damage,
remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage
in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible
or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign
the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the unit becomes your
property. Again, please take the time to inspect the delivery and if
there is any damage be sure to note it on the delivery ticket. If the
damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable,
please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately by mail with
ATTN: SHIPPING PROBLEM in the subject line. Concealed damage is almost
impossible to prove if no notation was made at the time of delivery.
However, if you discover internal (non-visible) damage please contact
us within three (3) business days for instructions. We will work with
you and the carrier to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange
the item(s) in new and unused condition with all warranty papers, cases
in their original condition and with all original packaging and labels
within 5 days for an exchange. Shipping and handling fees are not
subject to a refund. In case of an exchange, we will apply the original
purchase amount less shipping and handling toward your new purchase.
Please note that new and unused condition means that there are no marks
on the item or any wear on the tags (such as the hologram or shipping
tags) or the case. We sell only brand new items and will not accept any
item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will
be returned to the purchaser.
